About me

My name is Faha, and I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist. With a strong passion for the field of talking therapy from an early stage, I actively pursued opportunities to gain work experience and academic qualifications in England, United Kingdom. In 2006, I obtained a BSc in Psychology, which paved the way for my enrolment in a rigorous three-year clinical training program (MSc) in counselling and psychotherapy. Since graduating in 2012, I have been delivering integrative therapies, drawing upon my intensive person-centred training to address a diverse range of mental health needs in both private and public sectors over the past 12 years.


Driven by a commitment to facing challenges with honesty and focus, I recognise the importance of gaining insight, acquiring knowledge of tools and techniques, and setting goals to overcome life’s obstacles. While this journey may seem daunting, I firmly believe, based on my extensive experience as a mental health professional, that it is achievable with dedication and motivation.
